• Impro Autumn Taster (for beginners)

Sunday April 18 only, 11:30am – 1:30pm, Ainslie Arts Centre, Elouera St (two blocks from Canberra CBD)

*Read below for our single-session Taster description, but if you already know you’d like to try impro, why not enrol directly into our eight night beginners course, here; http://www.impro.com.au/beginners-courses/

Two-hour one-off introduction to improvisation session with Nick Byrne. If you’d just like a quick splash of spontaneity in your life, or you’d like to fast-taste impro, before joining our regular weekly course, Prepare To Be Unprepared (enrolling every quarter), why not try one of our popular Impro Tasters.

Led by internationally touring improvisation teacher, Nick Byrne, you’ll have a fun-filled session of practical exercises and games that introduce you to the fundamental principles of improvised theatre, that you can use on stage or in everyday life, for confidence, communications and social skills.

Nick provides a warm learning environment, and is an internationally respected performing artist, working in more than 30 countries.

If you like it, you might want to enrol in one of our short courses, one-night-per-week, to qualify to participate in shows, or simply to have a bright, positive moment in every week.

Impro Tasters are held at Ainslie Arts Centre, two blocks from Canberra CBD.
